Lost Titles

The subject today is lost titles.  Lost titles are when a title is already in your name and you have misplaced it and cannot find it and you can go to the tag agency and pay for another one they call it a duplicate title.  When you have a duplicate title and opps you found the original one. You have to remember you made the original one no good when you order the duplicate and they will not accept it as the original title any more because you had another one made,  it is null and void.

Okay now you lost a title that has not been brought up into your name
now that is a different story.  A vehicle is not yours until you bring the vehicle title up into your name.  You have paid the excise tax, transference fee, and tag in your name it is not yours.
Yeah but I have this bill of sale and it is notarized.  The original owner has the right to come and get this car because it is not in your name.
What if the bill of sale does not have the owners name on it that the state says that owns the vehicle.  Who is the true owner of the vehicle.
Who is the last person that brought the car up in their name. That is the real owner of the vehicle and if you get the car impounded, they w
ill notify the state owner and send them a certified letter.  They can go to the state get a lost title which is a dupilcat and go and pay the car out and take and sell this vehicle again and you still have a notarized bill of sale in somebody's name that does not even own the car.  Hello get the picture.
I have a lot of people that call me and tell me they lost the title.   If all they did was lose a title in their name all you have to do is go to the tag agency and pay for a duplicate title.
If you lost a title that has never been brought in you name then you are looking at a title 42 in the state of Oklahoma, and that is when you will be calling me for my services as I have been doing this for a long time. my online office is www.needatitleok.net.
